About the Role:

FM Steel Construction is looking for skilled Ironworkers to join our crew for an exciting project in Haskell, Texas! If you're a hardworking ironworker who takes pride in building structures that stand the test of time, we want to hear from you. Project will include 6/10Hrs days, with $180 a day (6 days). Hourly wages will depend on experience. Project will require a site drug screen.

Responsibilities:

Erect, fabricate, and install structural steel and iron frameworks
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and structural drawings
Operate rigging equipment, cranes, and hoisting machinery to position steel members
Bolt, weld, and connect steel beams, columns, and other structural components
Follow all jobsite safety protocols and OSHA regulations
Work at elevated heights on scaffolding, platforms, and structural steel
Collaborate with foremen and crew members to meet project deadlines

Requirements:

Prior ironworking or structural steel erection experience required
Ability to work at heights and in various weather conditions
Familiarity with rigging, bolting, and welding techniques
OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification REQUIRED
Reliable, punctual, and committed to jobsite safety
Ability to travel to and work on-site in Haskell, Texas
